Using the service

You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and order information.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account.
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

Designs, tech packs, and approvals

You remain responsible for the accuracy and ownership of materials you upload, including tech packs, artwork, measurements, and specifications.
Sampling and production requests may require review, clarification, approval, payment, or operational feasibility checks.
Timelines may depend on design complexity, material availability, payment status, alteration cycles, and logistics.

Orders, payments, and cancellations

Prices, quotes, fees, and payment requirements are shown or communicated before relevant order steps whenever applicable.
Refunds, cancellations, alterations, and production changes may depend on the current stage of work.
Taxes, shipping, duties, or other applicable charges may be added where required.

Intellectual property

SampleKaro owns the platform, interface, software, documentation, and service content unless stated otherwise.
You retain rights to your submitted brand materials, subject to the permissions needed for SampleKaro to provide the service.
You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Limitations

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SampleKaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create operational, legal, or security risk.
